     Since I only tried out for one sport this year, next year I am going to try out for almost all the sports. There were sports that I wanted to try out for this year, but I didn't want to overwhelm myself with sports and because I couldn't practice for any of them. Also, they never told us when try outs were so I couldn't try out for most of them. So, next year I know when try outs are, and I know how much time I have to practice. It will be harder to get on the team now, because its the varsity  team and you have to be really good.
     The sports that I will trying out for next year are: Volleyball, Basketball, maybe soccer, and softball. I am going to be joining cross country too. I am really excited to tryout and join these teams, because I think I will make probably one of the teams, but I am going to be on one team, cross country, because its a non cutting sport. 
     I am pretty good at running; I have been in cross country since I was in 3rd grade, but I didn't join in 6th, because I didn't want to that year. I usually got 3rd or 5th place in most of the races. This time I am going to try my hardest to train up a little better, to be a little faster because I really want to do good. I usually hate running, but this year I am going to try to enjoy it. 
     I started volleyball in 6th grade, so that wasn't so long ago. I am not extremely good, but over the summer I am going to be practicing, so that I could make the team and actually do good. I really like to play volleyball so I am kind of excited to try out and hopefully make the team.
     I don't really know how to play basketball, but over the summer I am going to be practicing and getting better at it like I am doing with the other sports. I can make a shot, but I don't know if I  could really play.
